tadi barusan gw denger dari temen bokap gw katanya ad obat awet muda lho.
alkisah ada seorang tentara inggris ikut perang
terus nyangkut deh tuh di TIBET. naaaahhh!
pas dah lama tinggal di tibet
si tentra itu balik lagi ke inggris.
terus dy nemu temen2 lamanyaa
wakakkaaa…..
si tentara nyangkut inih kaget!
ko’ temen2ny tampangnya tua’-tuwa’..

abis gituh dy balik lagi deh ke tibet
trs kt orang2 tibet si tentara nyangkut ini tampangnya tua’!
nah bingung khan lu !!
dari situ akhirny si tentara nyangkut ini tawu’ klo senam tibet dapet mencegah penua’aann alias AWET MUDA !

lu berdiri, terus rentangin tangan lu sampe ky gambar, terus muterdeh sesuai arah jarum jam.
usahain mata lu tetep ngeliat tepat d depan lu, ga usah fokus ke 1 poin, biarin ajah nge-blur sesuai puteran.

NAPAS
napasny pake napas perut, waktu lu selesai muter, napasnya lebih di perdalam lagi sampe pala lu ga pusig lagi.
STEP 2
lu berbaring, terus tangan lu di situh(situ mane?), teruss kaki sama pala lu naikin deh(setinggi yg lu bisa) ulangin terus sampe 21 kali’.
NAPAS
klo pas naikin pala sama kaki lu tarik napas
pas datar lagi buang napas
STEP 3
hihihi….
taro paha lu persamaaan, arm extended, telapak tangan lu di seebelah thighs, taru dagu lu ke dada’.
mulai deh. naikin palalu trs lean back. gerakin tangan lu secara bebas, biarin tangan lu menopang berat tubuh lu
hitu terus deh sampe 21 kali’
NAPAS
pas lu ke belakang lu narik napas
pas lu ke depan baru deh buang napas.
STEP 4
perhatiin tuh. awalny kepalany ke depan dulu, terus ke belakang, terus buat ky posisi kayang
duh pusing gw ng treanslitnya nih yg asliny aj gw kasih.

Breath Out: Lowering out of the inverted V shape
Tips and Recommendations: In the beginning, you will need to find were to place your hands and feet to make a complete inverted-V shape. You may do this exercise for years and never get your feet flat on the ground (a symptom of western living and always sitting in a chair). Once you’ve worked your way up to 21 repetitions, work on keeping a steady rhythm while going in and out of each position.
