rekoil paru” dan tekanan intrapleura
serabut elastik (1/3)
tegangan permukaan (2/3)

tekanan rekoil (tekanan intrapleura)
terbuka – 4 mmhg

 - “surfaktan” di dalam alveolus dan efeknya pada kecendrungan mengempis

- “compliance” adalah daya pengembangan paru” dan toraks.

- kerja inspirasi : 1. compliance 2. kerja tahanan jaringan 3. kerja tahanan jalan napas

- proses untuk meneliti ventiasi paru di namakan spirometri

spirogram

VOLUME

Tidal Volume (TV):(volume tidal) 500ml
the volume of gas inspired or expired during each respiratory cycle.

Inspiratory Reserve Volume (IRV): ( volume cadangan inspirasi) 3000mlthe maximal amount of gas that can be inspired from the end in spiratory position.

Expiratory Reserve Volume (ERV):(volume cadangan expirasi) 1100ml
the maximal amount of gas that can be expired from the end expiratory position.

Residual Volume (RV):(volume sisa) 1200ml
the volume of gas remaining in the lungs at the end of maximal expiration.

KAPASITAS

Total Lung Capacity (TLC): 5800mlthe amount of gas contained in the lungs at the end of a maximal inspiration, i.e., the total of all four volumes.

Vital Capacity (VC): volume tidal + volume cadangan inspirasi + volume cadangan ekspirasi
the maximal volume of gas that can be expelled from the lungs by a forceful effort following a maximal inspiration i.e., it is the sum of the Tidal Volume, Inspiratory Reserve Volume and Expiratory Reserve Volume.

Inspiratory Capacity (IC): volume tidal + volume cadangan inspirasi
the maximal volume of gas that can be inspired from the resting expiratory level. It is the sum of the Tidal Volume and Inspiratory Reserve Volume.

Functional Residual Capacity (FRC): volume cadangan ekspirasi + volume sisa
the volume of gas remaining in the lungs at the resting expiratory level. The resting end-expiratory position is used here as a base line because it varies less than the end-inspiratory position, it is thus the sum of Expiratory Reserve Volume and Residual Volume.

Forced Expiratory Volume in one second ( FEV1 ): the percentage of the Forced Vital Capacity which can be forcibly expired as rapidly as possible in one second after maximal inspiration.
